This is the BeZero Carbon (BeZero) project Carbon Accounting Template (CAT) that is designed for reporting and communication purposes only and is not intended to incorporate all elements of carbon project accounting. By downloading and using this template, you agree and acknowledge that:

1. All rights (including intellectual property rights) in the unamended CAT are reserved by BeZero. You may use the CAT for the purposes stated within it only, and provided: (i) this disclaimer wording remains in the CAT at all times; and (ii) you do not rebrand or otherwise replicate the contents of this CAT as if it was your own or a third party’s original creation.

2. Your use of any data recorded in the CAT is at your own risk and your use, publication or disclosure of it to a third party is not a use, publication or disclosure by BeZero.

BeZero is not responsible for ensuring that the data recorded in the CAT is complete or accurate. Under no circumstances shall BeZero or its personnel have any liability whatsoever to any party in relation to the data input or a third party’s reliance on it.

3. By completing this CAT (in full or in part) and providing a copy of the completed CAT to any registry, and/or any other third party, you acknowledge that such publication is solely by you and not BeZero. You acknowledge that BeZero will only access a completed CAT from a publicly available source (such as a registry), and you agree not to send a copy of a completed CAT to BeZero directly. If BeZero decides to access a completed CAT from a publicly available source, you also consent to and authorise BeZero to use the data in the course of its normal business activities.
