Tobias Richter is a Data Scientist who works at the intersection of data science, analytics and machine learning with a particular focus on using data for environmental social good. His passion is bringing smart data products to users that drive transparency and enable scaling the carbon market. In his dissertation research, he used AI to optimise portfolios of virtual power plans powered by electric vehicles.
Before joining BeZero, he was leading CarePay's data team in building a digital data platform to drive towards revolutionising the healthcare experience, affordability and accessibility in Sub-Saharan Africa.
